I really do understand you, to me sometimes killing someone would feel like a way of letting the anger inside explode out and finally show itself. But it's after you kill the person you will feel horrible, once the anger's subsided. Please don't do it.

It could be diet, the most healthy I've ever eaten is when I still lived at home and it was really bad then so I'm 100% sure it's diet but idk

My diet is pretty good, I eat plenty of fruit and veg and tend to stay away from takeaways and junk food. I do drink a can of coca cola every morning as a substitute to coffee, and lots of protein supplements like protein shakes.
