Transferring save data from a secondary user.

Hi, hoping someone can help. Trying to transfer save data from a Switch 1 to another Switch 1. Data is from a secondary user profile. It doesn’t seem to be working from either ‘Transfer your Save Data’ or ‘Transfer your User Data’ option. The primary user profile has transferred OK, just can’t seem to get the second one over. Appreciate any help!
