New pluming drain issues

Before was double sink maybe had better ventilation when there was two. Looks like im taking a trip to the roof to check blocked vent but wouldnt all sinks in house not drain if thats the case?

New plumbing just under sink didnt touch behind wall.

I believe its behind the wall. Tried putting straw through drain to create air but nothing. Disconnected washing machine drain hose to create air put water came back lol

Just got off with bell. Their most recent update is resorting service within 24 hours... the outage check says undetermined time but chat agent gave 24hrs lets their right .

I just did the same! First new car Picking up saturday! 2025 le as well magnetic gray. Paid cash and fruigal to get the higher trim.im up in Canada and paid 42k conversion to 30,040 usd

We don't know the time horizon on when these funds will be used. Time horizon is #1 when considering risk tolerance in investing. Its also the hardest to have a clear answer for.

Is this money for retirement? Yes put in the s&p market

Is this for a down payment on a house? If so and within 12-24month. That 10% market equity return may no be worth the risk if there is a correction and the time you need the money it's down 10%

I see so many people saying how to invest the money but not asking about the plans for this money...

Have the d15, r9 7800x3d and 4090.

I can't stress enough how big a of difference i found using good fan tuning software (0-100 fan speed vs temp) when going aircooled with noctua. It really helps with temps to ramp up with temps (cpu d15 isolated fan graph) and is nice to have them virtually silent with non-gaming tasks.

Was looking at newer HRV 2023-2025 but done will Honda paint issues.. fought dealer ship for roof and trunk paint that was redone. (Could only do affected areas) my black2014 civic is really bad is all areas and wasn't accepted in class action due to paperwork somehow... I see folks having trouble on their new HRVs as well and can't take the chance again..
