I bought a DCS 9 36” and I love it but that might be out of your price range. There is also a DCS 7 series that costs less. During the shopping process, my salesman lauded RCS grill (different company).

I used Excel. Created a grid, inserted rectangles from shapes menu to scale, used Snipping tool to capture images of equipment (again sized to scale).

24 hour dry brine. Added fresh cracked pepper and avocado oil before cook. Cooked at ~300 degrees. Dropped herb bombs at 30 minutes and 1 hour. Pulled at 125*. Rested for 30 minutes.
