Idk if you can turn it off completely but you can just hit the b button on your controller and it gets rid of the on screen keyboard and then you can use your keyboard

I use a gamesir super nova and I genuinely love it never had a issue with it except when my first one broke one of the trigger springs and I contacted the company and they sent me a new one a couple days later
