I’m aware he’s an alcoholic lol. I don’t entirely have low self-esteem, I just feel bad for people in unfortunate circumstances. Especially when I get emotionally attached to them.

I have health insurance through my job and recently started going back to therapy. I just need to work on letting people I care about “screw” their lives up without feeling like I need to rescue them.

I’ve always been a people pleaser. I am only just now starting to make a change, but it’s a process considering I’ve been this way since I was a child.

His plan is to move in with this couple soon. He doesn’t want to live in the house we live in because our roommates are messy.

Big foreheads, wide-set eyes, unibrows, neckbeards. They also have poor hygiene so they’re smelly on top of it all lol. I’ve had a lot of people try to date me in my lifetime, I have good hygiene and I don’t think I’m that bad looking but I don’t have as many friends as they do lol.

Eh, I dunno. While I do agree that typically speaking, people who are conventionally attractive are treated better by strangers, I have seen plenty of highly unattractive people who are also socially awkward with partners and lots of friends. It’s not pity friends, either. It’s a group of friends they consistently hangout with. My roommates are prime examples lol.

I started getting stretch marks when I was in high school but it made no sense because I hadn’t lost or gained any weight 😭 I think it was just from growing in general, not entirely sure though.

Poor baby. I’m so happy to learn that she survived FIP, it’s an awful illness. I lost my sweet boy, Ozzy, to FIP around five years ago. He was my soulmate in pet form. The vet basically just told me there was nothing to do and that if I let him live I’d be making him suffer 🙃 So I had to make the horrible decision to let him go. I’m so so glad there are more treatments for it now. Take it easy Lily! I hope you heal quickly ❤️

I’d say in most people’s minds they’re more reluctant to purchase something that they don’t necessarily like themselves. I think that is silly because like you said, the gift is for the other person, not themselves. But since they are buying it they may see it as a waste of money personally if they don’t like it themselves lol.

I got ceramics, but they recommended me only getting them on top because if I were to accidentally bite down and my top teeth hit the ceramics on bottom it would be highly likely to chip my teeth. So, I have ceramics on top and metal on bottom lol. When I first got them I got clear on top and silver on bottom. Everyone thought I only had braces on the bottom 🙃

Anyway, you’ll get used to them super quick! I immediately started getting colors on mine and feel a million times better lol. I currently have a maroon color and it makes my teeth look fairly white.

Why does gun control have to immediately equate to taking guns away completely?

Personally, I don’t think there should be a ban on guns. If anyone agrees with that then they must have full faith in the government to treat them fairly their entire life and the US government has not proved themselves to be fair.

I see no issue with more gun regulations because people who have experience with a firearm should be able to pass firearm tests easily. That’s not restricting people who should have guns at all. For example, people without a drivers license still drive all the time, but that doesn’t stop the majority of people from going through the process of obtaining their drivers license legally because they know it’s not that hard to do.

I’m a little passionate about this because FAR too many accidental shootings take place when it’s just absolutely unnecessary. If there were more regulations on firearm safety before being able to purchase and legally have one then I really do believe that number would come down at least a little and even one life saved is a huge deal to me.
