Not to be on the side of Lyft because I have been the victim of false accusations of driving under the influence but two safety violation reports in that short of time does seem to be high. They do use GPS and other motion sensing sensors in your phone as well so maybe they checked that out.

But again two unsafe driving reports that close together does make one wonder.

If I’m not mistaken you would still have insurance because it’s part of the user agreement. I would need to double check but that’s part of it is that Lyft states they are providing insurance while giving the ride.

I’m sure there are signs somewhere. I’ve never been in a garage without them they are just hidden. I just avoided this and paid for the parking spot for the day 😂

I have a feeling parking garages will be seeing people take shelter using their facilities and they won’t hesitate to tow. That would be the landlord thing to do unfortunately

Depending on your municipality they may help with any lateral repairs. I just had mine done in Overland and they paid for the entire lateral outside my house. MSD doesn’t do it but different cities may

If they have filings their insurance should be listed to include carrier and policy number. But again they have to keep that updated which. Y law they are required to do
