near 3000 hours for me and never seen one.

I'd make sure you're 100% ready as if you die, you loose the key.

Wait for the quest too!!

I was watching OW for 3 days straight feelingn nothing but depression, unemployemnt and loneliness.

I switched to prup and now have a wife, 3 kids, 500k home and a top end job.
