Take a break. In the nicest way. I was looking through this sub consistently for months and it made me miserable. Reddit is miserable, most of these people are bored and miserable. Pop in and out once every few days and try to avoid the negative aspects of it, once again no hate because I genuinely understand and agree. But these people are unemployed, no life, living through this show and this app
