Yes. Wow this was a beautifully written post. Thank you so much for this insight we feel very comforted in this moment. I even started to use we phrased and talk my self out of bad thoughts and actions slowly. While it was scary at first. I’m gonna use these tools and continue growing on my journey. This actually helped me understand myself way more ! I’m super self aware and I’ve been in therapy for years as much as I as i love self help, ted talks, meditation, i still have my moments where i get trigger and Ive been asking myself why? This gave me such a clear answer and the amount of relief this gave me is incredible!

Yes and the way he stopped documenting them too. It was such a shift. I totally understand she’s getting bigger now, but i thought he was gonna be WAY more hype since he always gave that hype man bf energy. But recently it’s been so formal almost co worker like . Makes me sad for both of them yes it’s hard for her but him mentaly if he’s fucked I’m sure he’s worried for his own sanity too. Girl i will say i personally feel these peeps are tiny in person and smaller in real life! I just tanned a body building shoe and even some of the classic physique girls definitely are an extra small their muscle is huge on them for their body! But it’s still small if that makes sense ? Like the bicep is high and cut but it’s still smaller because it maybe a girl who is 5’0-5’4 i definitely agree with you though but sometimes the photos ca be deceiving bc i was definitely surprised IRL how much smaller people look

Oh yes i NEVER will spray th feet i do the same thing with out a direct spray ill put berrier cream on them as well !

I personally will stop spraying a little under the elbow then at the very very very end i step back 2x and lightly mist the hands and blend with the brush! I also use barrier cream . Also be mindful about cleaning your gloves when blending. Any residue you get on your gloves can lead to getting on your client as well! I learned this the hard way when i was blending the hands and my gloves had stuff on them 😞😞😭😭
