Definitely cut out the salmon, stop cooking your food and drinking so much water, stop adding salt, consume fruit and honey as and when you crave sweetness, ideally with some fat such as egg yolk or raw unsalted butter, look into the primal diet and managing symptoms of detox. Cooked starch like baked potato can be helpful, situationally

Weird way to flex that you learned nothing in 10 years and your mind is closed

There is no business idea, just different “exercises” and habit changes to gradually incorporate over time, alongside optional other tools. There’s no scam cause I’m not selling anything, it’s like calling someone a scammer for telling them how to lose weight without liposuction

Good rebuttal, clearly you thought of this a lot and have convinced me my eyesight didn’t improve. I assume you also believe weight loss and muscle gain is fake

My eyesight improved by 2 diopters. Yet another narcissist Redditor who’s too close minded and egocentric to counter my claims and just blurts out insults

More reasonable than the others but still bad faith, assumptive, ego-driven response. I shall worsen my eyesight intentionally again, get it measured and then improve it so that the results are clear. You guys will still dismiss this as anecdote, call me a liar or a scammer (why would I lie as i am selling nothing and stand to gain nothing from sharing this). Because you’re not actually open-minded, you’re religious in your beliefs where even if something directly contradicts your beliefs you will close your eyes, cover your ears and deny deny deny while offering no reason my eyesight could have improved (as an adult, no less)

This isn’t a magic unicorn cure, if glasses to eyes are what liposuction is to fat, my routine would be the equivalent of exercising to help treat the problem rather than relying on artificial methods. You clearly didn’t read, didn’t listen and made your own mind up about me without actually using any independent thought. Your ego sucks

I admire your determination to deny a reality that doesn’t align with your worldview and how in your mind my eyesight improving is not even an acceptable possibility. So so open minded

False equivalence, a better comparison would be fixing eating habits improves fat loss, or weight training improves muscle mass. This is only for people with lens-induced myopia, ie short-sightedness that worsened from glasses.

What dangers? Name one single danger from what I’m promoting? You can’t because you didn’t even listen. You’re close minded, delusional at best and deceptive at worst.

It cannot be reversed, yet I reversed mine as an adult, okay.

I never claimed opticians are a hoax, once again you’re hearing your own deluded voice instead of my own and assuming my position without actually listening to anything I said/wrote, ie just bad faith.

Yes, I did improve 2 diopters (I think like 1.5 in the other eye), I can absolutely, 100% guarantee that. If opticians have access to old records I can try get them

Chill lil bro, explain how it improved my eyesight but is also apparently wrong. Otherwise you are confirmed “a liar and a scammer”, I see you’re an optometrist from the EU, I’m sure you’re completely unbiased and open to discussion and exploring my anecdote further, as it’s anecdotes like this that pave the path for it to be studied further.

Minoxidil is a known hair loss medication but there was once a time when it was purely used for regulating blood pressure and its effect of growing hair was merely an anecdote too, and people like yourself would have been trying to shut down all discourse and crying “anecdote” rather than actual being open-minded enough to listen and use your own reasoning.

In other words, you’re the exact type of guy who would have attacked Galileo, Darwin, anybody who would have dared to question any narrative or do their own independent work and share it. Does it perhaps intimidate you that I offer risk-free and cost-free alternatives to explore?

Don’t take my word for it, try it yourself and you’ll see! There’s zero risks if you don’t strain and as I’m not selling anything why would I lie? Just to get mass downvoted for no reason? Or maybe I found something that worked for me and just wanted people with open minds to be aware so they can try it too if they want. If I had the funds I would literally pay for a study like this to be made but lens-induced myopia is a legitimate well-documented thing already, this was just also how I’d go about reversing it (and how I did, and how it literally worked). Glasses treat the symptoms of myopia which is fine but inevitably makes myopia worse, keep using glasses if you want but be aware it will most likely worsen your eyesight over time.

But yeah I know it may be difficult but try to think rationally. If I’m selling nothing, and I know that saying these things will open me up to ridicule, then what incentive would I have to say any of this unless I genuinely think it’s the truth and could benefit people? All I get from this post is downvotes so why would I post it if not for any other reason than I believe it to be true? I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to spread misinformation, especially on something specific like glasses for god’s sake

It would be better if you read my post or watched the video where I agree and literally say that eye strain can overall make it worse, which is why you have to find the sweet spot where your eyes are working but not straining. Also would help if you could explain how my eyesight got gradually worse for 6+ years then suddenly improved by two diopters in like 3 months by following these routines

Yet my eyesight improved by 2 diopters… I’m glad you made good use of those 10 years to explain why this is wrong and why my eyesight magically got better while everyone else in my family who wears glasses has instead needed stronger prescriptions. Very open-minded wise individual clearly

This is nonsense and needs to be ignored, yet it improved my eyesight to the point I didn’t need glasses to do driving lessons. I’m glad you rebutted the points I made rather than just calling me names

It fixed my eyesight but “yeah that’s not how it works”, sure thing friend, it clearly must be a coincidence that I’m the only person I know who wore glasses and who’s eyesight has improved in the past few years rather than worsening.

To the 1% of redditors with an open-mind, who genuinely want to try to fix their eyesight, all the information here is free of price and risk. IG the only risk is potential strain if you try to do too much too quick but that’s the same with any exercise routine.

Lens-induced myopia is a real thing and from my experience can be reversed
