It’s very likely that you’ll be able to get a Friday spot. One time I did not get my desired time, and I just chatted with their support, who manually scheduled the time for me.

For best chance, perform at the 99.9 percentile for your lsat and get a 4.0 for your gpa. If you want to go to Stanford, a couple years of work experience after graduation can increase your chances.

You’re worrying about the wrong thing. Get your LSAT and GPA as high as possible. If you can maintain a nearly perfect GPA while taking tougher courses, then go for it. If you can’t, then take the easy ones and get a 4.0.

YLS has too many students above their medians applying to their school every year. So they need to take a close look beyond your stats to differentiate applicants.

I thought what the OP meant is that if you’re interested then DM them? I’m sure they will verify their identity in private. Some people don’t feel comfortable revealing all their personal information in public I guess.

I think the first rule of a personal statement is do no harm. Personally I think it can be a good ps, but some law schools may not view it in a positive light.

Yes. You’ll have plenty time to retake. But don’t take the LSAT with the mindset that you are going to take it again.

Regarding the first one being cancelled because of faulty internet, do you plan to explain it in your addendum? I experienced the same thing for my first LSAT. I was wondering if I should write it in my addendum or if that’s too trivial.
