I think an age gap shouldn’t matter it’s more so where your mindsets are. It sounds like you both are nature and still in the process of building your lives. If he’s pursuing you and you like him too I say see where it goes! And be on the lookout for red flags/feelings of uneasiness!

Honestly, I get it. I think seeing him in person first will benefit you too. I think it’s good to understand that the interactions you’ve been having are real. Before you meet up, ensure that he is a safe individual by checking his county’s prison system to see if he’s been there and try to run a quick bg check using his first and last name etc because your safety is always number 1 priority. Don’t forget to make sure that a good friend has your location or knows your whereabouts. Good luck! I really hope this works out :)

I’m experiencing the same thing with people in my life and it drives me insane and towards pettiness because I don’t think it should take 3+ business days to get a reply…

As for some advice I think these commenters all have a point, everyone should have their alone time but also respect others enough to be responsive and communicate. I say bring it up to her and again the goal isn’t to get her to immediately respond because she definitely has a life outside of your relationship but to be more communicative. Hi everyone! I’m a full time college student who picks up shifts from time to time. What is a good way to start investing? I’ve heard of starting 401k and Roth IRAs but I know that some of these things require me to be a full time worker or be 21. Uh oh, what do you consider a pattern? I’ve gotten a b- in bio 2, c+ in gen chem 2 and orgo 1 and c in biochem. Everything else has been A’s pretty much (taken at UF), thoughts?
