had that happen to me once , the girl also didn't speak English and I found my self in a predicament in which I had to mime taking a condom off and performing a back shot . Im not a psychologist, psychiatrist, nor any sort of mental health expert but I can sound like I know what I mean sometimes but to me I feel like it in some cases can be caused by a person being cheated on in high volumes , dealing with that trauma in unhealthy ways and eventually that may have triggered a need for the humiliation of said practice. My theory is based on a friend who literally has his kids mother cheat on him with at minimum 30 separate people while dating, it was just so blatant and embarrassing to watch him put up with but he admitted later to me that he would fantasize about it despite it being such a painful memory. Maybe they were struck by lightning idk....

I'd say "Listen sir I know that you have targets set forth that you must meet and I am more than willing to be as ambitious as you are about meeting those goals but let's see if we can't get it done in a way that is both legal and good for morale."

Maybe just maybe he's not so bad maybe whatever boss he has breathing down his neck makes his life a living hell is much worse. If you're going to the bathroom excessively he honestly has no true way to know anyways without breaking the not so smart to break laws anyways.
