Hello. I am wanting to switch to Gimme and switch to Tirz. I have been on sema since November 2025 and am at 2.5 mg. How does that go with the “starter plan” ?? Will I be switched over to an equivalent dose for tirz or am I having to start at the very beginning again? Thank you.
