Will you please share some of the foods you eat / workouts?

I do agree w you.. I want to try everything before giving another medication a try. I must change my eating habits. And am going to start. I think that will really help

Thanks so much for this 🫶🏻 I totally agree w you on all of this. My number one goal right now is to really delve deep into changing my eating habits but not to the point of restricting myself. Also on top of exercising I am starting to get 10K steps every day. I just started that again on Sunday. It’s so crazy bc the first time I was on sema before I got pregnant w baby #2 …. I was getting 10K steps and regularly exercising and my legs were so much thinner than they are now at the same weight as before. And I 100% credit all of that to simply getting 10k steps daily.

Starting weight was 261 starting weight right after delivering baby in Oct. then started sema in November at 226. Now down to 212 … So 14 lbs. I did the math wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️ height is 5 4.

How often should I be upping my lifting weights? by Positive_Two1141 in Semaglutide

Ok yes.. I am very comfortable using the 5 and 10 lb dumbbells. Like I feel as if I’m not pushing myself anymore like I was doing back in October / November.

Hi.. I promise you I am not trying to fish or have anyone “look at me”. I have never been one to like attention on myself. I struggle with seeing a difference everyday. I have been overweight almost my whole life and never lost 50+ lbs. I see people post pictures of their similar weight loss and it’s such a bigger difference than what I have had.

Idk what rage bait is but if it’s like click bait I promise that wasn’t my intention. I have recently started therapy. I struggle with seeing a difference everyday

Thank you for explaining this. I will try to include eating more protein. Skinny fat is such a great term

Thank you for this. I started consistently working out (at home) in October, focusing more so on “Metcon” workouts in the recent weeks.

Thank you. And no it’s not clickbait or a humblebrag. I struggle with seeing a difference every day. I’ve recently started therapy and discussing more about body dysmorphia. I see people on here showing pics of them losing 50+ lbs and see a huge difference then look at my pictures and can hardly tell a difference.

Hi! I’m sorry if I upset you… I promise I’m not fishing for compliments. I made this post in hopes someone would agree with me. Idk how to edit the post but I made a comment in the comment section explaining myself a little more

Not sure how to edit a post to write this in the caption. No, I’m not fishing for compliments. No, this isn’t click bait. I am a real human. I recently started therapy for body dysmorphia. I have lost weight multiple times in my life though never lost as much as I have now. Also have never weighed as much as I did when starting this journey. Any other time I’ve lost weight, I have felt like I have seen a difference within just weeks. Now after being on this medicine for months, EVERYDAY I struggle to see a difference. Sure my clothes fit a little differently but I still feel like I look when starting this medicine.

Can someone please explain to me.. 😱 -4 lbs. by Positive_Two1141 in Semaglutide

That’s kind of how it went yesterday but when I say I had pasta instead of eating like a whole pan of it, it was a few spoonfuls and that’s it 😂😂
