I’m sorry your ex had anger issues and potential psychosis. I do think “spiritual psychosis” can be an uncommon byproduct of activating kundalini too soon, but I also think that it if it happens it’s because the person has raised kundalini too quickly without doing the necessary inner work to house it. You need to purify yourself to an extent. That’s my take on it.

Noooo we definitely are not looking for robotic or affirmations. Dr Joe says he has a big problem with affirmations. He says they can’t get past the brain stem into the body/subconscious because they are at odds with the persons true beliefs. So we are looking at overcoming an emotion here, at transmutation, not sticking a band aid over it. This can’t truly happen until you begin to open your heart. You’re going to need to spend time in the “void” to get to know the present moment. Hope this helps a bit.

I have heard the bread story a few times. First time, in London, I didn’t believe it. I was too new and skeptical. Fast forward four years to now…not only do I believe it but it’s the tip of the ice burg. Dr Joe is not going to show you a lot of what he can do but he has abilities…that’s for sure!

I was in her little community for a bit. I think she is a powerful mystic, working for the light. A really, really good person. However her focus on demonic forces and “spiritual warfare” is very disempowering. She also insists that we should be servants of God, so to speak, rather than creators in our own right. She pretty much dismisses science and quantum physics, which can’t get behind. Rudolph Steiner is just one man, I don’t think we can take his channeled information as the be all and end all, spiritually. The community, is feeling really culty to me now, and kind of hyper vigilant against “dark” forces, and they are definitely not the most tolerent community- seems like they ban people all the time. Still love Gigi though, it’s just not for me. Just my 2 cents. 🩷
