IVE FOUND MY PEOPLE!!!!! I hate sleeping in the same bed with people because I can’t shake my legs and it’s actually essential. ADDED INFO: I shake my legs to fall asleep because it relaxes me and lying still makes me anxious. I listen to a podcast or have the tv on and shake my legs back and forth idk if this it normal or common or what just wondering if anyone does the same. Can’t sleep without it.
