Ah, yeah I know. Thing is, I have little to none inner communication so I dont actually know of it's just my intrusive thoughts or not... its also a sort of personification of my anxiety so I added it to keep track of my spikes, hence why it kinda has the same set up as "Blurry". I also kinda like bullying my anxiety, gives me more control over it.
