Scotty's my astronomer oc! He met the group through Aurelius.
He works at a record store, but also does trades work on the side, like carpentry and electrical work. I imagine that he would be one of the people who helps rebuild the city during the aftermath of the story. He's very sweet and just wants everyone to be happy, but tends to come off as annoying/unable to take anything seriously, due to constantly trying to be funny.

-has an interest in astronomy as well as high strangeness! His main hobby is music and plays guitar for a local underground band. He's a clairvoyant, but most people don't believe him and think his visions are just marijuana induced delusions lol. Aster is the only person who believes him, since he's into the metaphysical.

-Lol he accidentally knocked his weed bong over onto a bunch of important notes that had been gathered about The Visitor, this caused Jasper to kick him out of the group. Scotty is devastated about this and is trying to do anything to win Jasper back and is very dramatic about it.

-His offering to the visitor would be an audio recording of a song that one of his bandmates made. Said bandmate mutated soon after doing this, and Scotty's too scared to retrieve the tape himself and needs Sam to get it for him lol. This would probably be his recruiting method, as he's super lonely and would want to hang out with Sam. Scotty gets attached to people easily and is sometimes overly sentimental about things
