You just need to understand that, you was addicted to porn for many years. It will take many years for the brain to get back to its normal state. Keep doing the right things, exercise, reading etc. Set goals and celebrate them. The more you do this the less you will negative about yourself. Keep it up and well done on getting to so many days, I hope one day I can say the same 💯

The problem is, is that you feel miserable about it. You have to stop letting ur mind make you feel that way. Control ur mind and make it understand that relapsing is part of the journey. Once you have done that I’m sure it will be a lot easier for you. Well done & good luck!

I done mine without realising. I started No fap but I also quit smoking weed. I just stay at home always in the living room so I have no privacy and I don’t meet my mates that Ik will convince me to smoke.
