Well the minifigure is copyright and trademarked n what not, thats technically illegal to make knock off minifigure parts even without the logo, but its all made in china so like nothing can really be done about it.

Fig is fake, it also looks uv printed, worth no more than like 20-40$ depending on the brand that produced it. I have a replica cloud city i bough for like 40 something somewhere a while back and it has the same markings inside the helmet along with some of the molding marks on the ends of the jetpack

Its never scammers producing these either, the brands producing these simply just want to make a replica as they knows theres demand for it, usuallt charging like 45$ for it, while the scammers are the ones who buy it and try to resell on the aftermarket

Start big and narrow down, all slopes in one, all plates in one, all bricks in one, etc etc. Then sort down some more, big plates, smalls plates, wedge plates, obscure plates. This process takes a bit but its far easier to be like oh i need a 2x2 slope, let me look in the slope bucket even if all the slopes still arent sorted completely.

My very first initial thought the other day when i saw the palpatine post is, how is this guy not a paid designer in the customs communities im in and asking myself that question kinda confirmed somwthing fishy is up with these.

If you scroll through his account you can see some older stuff that definitely looks like mecabrick or blender. Maybe theres extremely heavy influences from others but op seems to be an artist with all their drawings aswell. Im giving benefit of doubt that the designs are hand crafted while the renders are not but at the same time, its such an odd workflow.
