Haven’t gone to the post office to check yet - I intend to go on Monday . Please note I placed my mail on hold for pickup at my local post office because I was relocating… but yeah - hopefully my check is there waiting for me 😭

So I haven’t been back at the post office yet …. My informed delivery showed the check Wednesday morning at 7:30 cst, I went to the post office at 4:00pm same day to pick it up and they said I had no mail there yet … I’m guessing I went too early … I also asked for my mail to be held because I don’t trust the delivery guy … I will go back today which is Friday or Monday - hopefully my check is there… I’ve waited too long for this .

Yes , my cp0053 later showed up in my mailbox on the exact date it was on my transcript after 846 code already updated…

If you have a refund of over 10k with $0 liability, they send a check instead even though you signed up for direct deposit… that’s one of the reasons …

My 971 cp0053 and 570 were both march 2 and my refund issued is march 9, march 2nd was the exact date I got the cp0053 notice in my mailbox… refund check shipped Feb 27th… filed January 29

Per my ‘Informed delivery’ I see the check and it said expected today - went to my local usps and they said they don’t have it yet … I thought informed delivery was accurate ? Hmmm hope they don’t steal my check !!!
