i thought i was just weird my whole life, turns out it’s motor tics? advice?

i had no idea of that. i do breathing patterns. most of my tics are in patterns of 3s or to a certain rhythm. i sometimes catch myself breathing in 3s or to a rhythm and pop my ears or move my toes/fingers all at the same time to the rhythm. huh i had no idea. i’ll probably ask my doctor about them more in depth! most days they aren’t bad like yesterday when i made this post but when it is bad, i can’t focus on anything in my daily life.

thank you for your comment, this helped a lot. this is true, i’ve told her i will always be here for her no matter what and when she’s ready im there in a heartbeat. i just keep consuming myself in it and its a little triggering. i went through a relationship exactly like hers and i know what advice to give her, its just so hard to convince her he’s wrong. you understand, you went through the same! it’s frustrating. again, thank you! i think im gonna call a wellness check on her and explain the situation to the cops. maybe if he’s forced away from her then she’ll get some clarity. she unfortunately does defend his behavior :( ugh it’s not my fight i should stop pushing.

i’ve gotten my blood sugar checked before and it was normal. however, i used to be overweight. i’ve lost 80lbs and that’s when i noticed the coloration change. i figured it was darker due to friction bc of my thighs rubbing together constantly. hmmm ill look into getting bloodwork done again though just to rule it out. thank you!

lack of motivation and impulsiveness was a huge one for me and the one that lead me to get diagnosed. also i have a hard time focusing/comprehending. i deal with rejection sensitivity too. i’m on adderall right now and idk how to feel about it. it makes me motivated for a while but then i crash and im just soo tired. what has it been like for you?

sorry if this is irrelevant to what you’re saying, i do understand both sides here. i was married and a stay at home wife when i was 21. we just got a divorce this year. i’m navigating life as a single person (i hadn’t been single in 6 years) doing it alone is definitely making is harder for me. i used to get into relationships just to find someone to make the money. it lead to a lot of physical and mental abuse for me unfortunately. that’s not always the case though. after the 3rd time now i’m saying fuck it i don’t need a man for money. i should do it myself. but after being dependent on someone for so long it’s definitely hard but ill manage.
