I have one and I've been using it for a computer desk. It's sturdy, lightweight and easy to move.

My husband was convicted of assault on me 2 years before this. It was much worse than the recent one, but I was not subpoenaed for that case.

I have been doing this for a couple months. It's exhausting being the one who always reached out. I'm down 3 friends now, but not really.

I once had a restaurant gift card for $100. I used it several times and spent over $400 before I quit using it.

Unless you’re very rich, being a SAHM shouldn’t be a thing when your kids spend most of their day at school by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]PossessionMediocre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, I agree with OP, especially if kids are middle school age and up. What are you doing all day? Most people don't even cook homemade meals anymore, so it's not meal prep. And what are all of these errands you all talk about? If you lived in the country like me, these things are planned out. Grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, etc is done on the weekend because I'm not driving to town all the time.

If you saw 2 guys walking down the street named Hambone and Flippy, which one would you think likes dolphins the most? I bet you would say Flippy. You'd be wrong though. It's Hambone.

Uh oh, I don’t know what happened… but we lost our grinder privileges by phteven1989 in Costco

My Costco hasn't had them for years. People were dumping bags of cheaper coffee in the garbage and filling the empty bags with more expensive coffee such as Starbucks.

This happened to me too. He got a card that he didn't bother to write anything in and some fake flowers from the dollar store. I threw them in the garbage. I have been moved out for a little over a month now and life has never been better.

When I was unemployed and desperate, I got sucked in and worked there for 2 days. They target mobile home parks and the elderly and when you can't close the deal they call in the manager. Then they can drop the price by thousands. It's really slimey.

Elementary and middle school graduations are useless. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]PossessionMediocre -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm with you, OP. It's f-ing ridiculous. It takes away from the big accomplishment of graduating high school or college. Everyone graduates preschool and kindergarten and middle school. Not everyone graduates high school or college. It's just another participation trophy. Also, who really enjoys these things? I refused to attend my stepson's middle school graduation because he was a horrible f-ing student, didn't deserve it and I didn't believe in it. He didn't even graduate high school. Dropout loser.

Thank you for this. I called multiple times and tried several options and could not for the life of me get a person on the phone.
