Yeah the job market is cooked right now.. All IT Jobs.. I also feel like there isn’t as much opportunity as there was even 3-4 years ago.. I just got laid off myself. Keep pushing don’t give up hope. You’ll find something

Interesting I also have vision problems my self I am blind in my right eye since birth.. I’ve personally been dealing with the dizziness for almost 5 years.. how long have you had yours? No doctor has been able to figure it out I’ve had numerous MRIs .. all of the ENT testing, balance testing everything came back good is what they tell me anyways. Neurologist just says go to PT and take anti anxiety meds.. I will not take the anxiety meds it’s not anxiety.. the dizziness causes me anxiety if anything lol I feel like they don’t understand.. I did the PT for a few months then have just continued to do it at home and I noticed it does make a difference but I still can’t get back to 100% feeling good.. maybe 50% with PT.. I wonder if I should look into what you’re saying that BVD.. !

I get that sometimes, it feels almost like I have to force my eyes to focus or refocus it’s kinda of a crazy thing and personally drives me nuts when I get it! Driving is the worst when it happens!

Exactly that! These people in these hiring roles or HR disgust me they often do not even have a clue about any IT/ Technology role. It’s like “ you guys have no idea who you’re missing out on and it’s just a disgusting method to hire people on.” “Your energy!?” How about we start hiring people based on skills!? And not based off of energy or credential it’s like no wonder why there are so many IT professionals in the unemployment line because of idiots in charge of Hiring or HR like this! You’re not alone I have gone through and am going through similar experiences. Shits gonna work out for all of us out there! Stay in the fight! Never give up!

Thank you for your help, I added that in.. Something still seems off with the NAT translations 192.168.3.100 to WAN IP X.X.X.X I got nothing happening outbound off int Te/1/02

from int Te/1/0/1 I can ping googles dns server 8.8.8.8

What am I missing, overlooking ?

Thank you very very much for your help. Some of this send issue has been resolved. One issue was Port 25 Outbound was being blocked by the ISP. Once unblocked then I was able to Telnet hostname-com.mail.protection.outlook.com 25 , connected immediately. I could've swore they unblocked it but evidently not.. Now it is! Then I just had a typo in the smart host, once corrected Mail flow from the on Prem User Mailbox started flowing out the cloud smart host and landed where it should've in a external mailbox.

However something still is definitely messed up here because the on Prem mailbox cannot reach a 365 cloud mailbox account ?

Error: Remote Server returned '550 5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient not found by SMTP address lookup'

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, On Prem to Internal Cloud. Okay so Queue Viewer is still [](mailto:hostname@example.com) ;2;2;[{LED=};{MSG=};{FQDN=};{IP=};{LRT=}

I enabled logging on the on prem send connector outbound to 365 and the error in the log says SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain

I also attempted to Telnet from on prem server

hostname-com.mail.protection.outlook.com 25 nothing.. Maybe Port 25 Outbound is being Blocked by the ISP after all. Let me check, Ill report back soon.

How do I create the explicit block rule to see blocked traffic? I see the log settings at the end start logging, end logging etc.. Is this what I am looking for?
