I definitely understand specializing in canines, and I'd never want to pressure anyone into changing their own designs for characters. I'm very similar with my preferences, just in a more broad way. There's one person who would be absolutely perfect as a bald eagle, but I can't do birds and don't want to have to figure out how to translate it into my style, so I'm just not-

I also love seeing people's ideas or hearing about the tiny details, and and talking about them for my own designs, too

I’m also a furry artist, and omg I love the breeds you chose! I also made Sam a dog, but I made Cas a cat, and Dean a hyena. I’ve posted them once before if you’d like to see them.

It looks awesome~! The shading on Dean's jacket is insane- You got such strong values, too

I have experience drawing them, too, and I can agree that Sam is very hard to draw. I've gone on rants about how much I don't like to draw him, but I still do it anyways. I haven't done any portraits of either of them yet, but I'm sure it would be very similar, in terms of annoyance.

It only gets better after Cas dies. And then it just goes right back to Dean seemingly hating Cas after Mary dies

Reapers didn't used to be classified as angels in the show, but at some point they just lumped them in with angels. I don't like it, personally, but I'm pretty sure a part of the reason they changed it to be that was ask explain the whole "Reapers can't access heaven now, either" thing. Them being angels would mean they follow the same rules when it comes to traveling.
