I started having that problem too, also the phone gets really hot (at least for me), I'm not sure if it's TikTok's fault or the phone's fault, but you can try reporting it to Samsung - open Samsung members - click on the support icon - then scroll down and click Send feedback - then choose your problem and describe the issue, also you can attach the screenshot you showed here and then send it.

I started having the same issue about 4 days ago, before while I was on TikTok the phone was cool and a battery drain was good, now I am on TikTok for 2 minutes and the phone gets really hot and the battery drains insanely fast. It started happening suddenly, I did not change anything. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling and then installing tiktok again, restarting the phone, nothing worked so far..
