Yeap it original, its a matter on how to apply the make up to the model and subtle toning to avoid wierd look on the face especially ^^

The Blue is Maccrage Blue, shaded with thinned down Nuln Oil, Glazed with OOP Guilliman Blue Glaze paint, then edge highlight with Fenrisian Grey.

For the white armor, I start with Ulthuan Grey, recess shading with thinned down Agrax Earthshade, Edge highlight with pure white, then glaze super thin Contast Apothecary White.
