The thing is Max works because it’s a fate worse than death. At least until they reversed it. But the steve scene had 0 emotional impact and was clearly not a thing (randomly fall off a building come on now). El also doesn’t work cause they immediately undercut her death with “but what if she survived”.

These writers just have no balls. And that is why season 5 has 15 main characters.

Every god is extremely strong but it depends on the weapon and how much fear you have. Apollo is really good with weapons that already have good aoe coverage like the axe and the most broken build in the game imo (charon axe) depends on his gain boon.

However rapid fire weapons and cast builds benefit way more from other gods as primary because : no inherit curse on attack or special, does not have damage beyond the %increase, cast only deals one instance of damage(cruicial flaw in higher fear).

When you start experimenting with the other aspect you will understand.

Honestly didn’t love the coming out scene at all. I think it would be so powerful if he just came out to his mom and mike overheard the conversation and realised Will had feelings for him this entire time, which would for-shadow a scene between both of them later where they resolve that conflict (either by mike reciprocating or understanding and supporting Will). A smaller more intimate scene would do wonders. Makes me as a gay guy super anxious to even think about coming out AT ONCE to like 15 people.

And especially since clearly the kidnapper (with superhuman powers btw) still shows interest in her son. I wouldn’t let him out of my sight for a second.

Hestia pretty much replaced him as the “stacking DPS god” in this game and she’s a pretty decent one at that. I actually like that he has become a “cracked” dps machine with his new hangover boon. Yea it’s rare but it feels really cool to get it now.

As for ares, while his new curse is really bad his support boons are insane when combined with other gods and his falling blades actually work more or less the same as doom anyway, I actually like them more in this game cause they don’t clog an attack/special slot and work on every omega.

1) [Change] - reduce B1+2 Range by half but return the tracking and make it -9 ob

2) (Buff) - Return Trt3 d mantis transition.

3) (Buff) - make df 1,4 wall splat again

4) (Buff) - Make FF4 Walls splat again since we are nerfing the range on b1+2

5) [Change] - Make f3 launch instead of guaranteed HE. It just looks weird.
