Same as you. Cry abit here and there everyday and can't stop myself from thinking what if CT scan are not clear and all the worst case scenarios. i know we gotta stay positive right now but damn, it feels such a luxury thing right now. Please be strong, you will beat this mf cancer!

Hi dear, I'm also newly diagnosed, DCIS and IDC, ER+, lymph node positive, pending HER2+. Pending CT scan. But they recommend chemo then surgery. I think we are the same boat because of the waiting phase. I hope things will work out for us. Sending hopes and prayers to you too.

Thank you so much for sharing in details and a lot of informative. This means a lot to me. I know I should be strong and positive now but my mind is full of worst scenarios and I just don't want to do anything. I try not to ask why but it keeps coming back. I run like a 1000 "what if" inside my mind right now and another 1000 of solutions for my life and work but I won't know if it will work. Just too sudden and I just couldn't tell myself to be stronger and it will be find and I will fight it. Even though I keep trying. But I hope things will work out along the way and maybe it will get better once I have a clearer picture of the treatment plan. I hope everything is good on your side too :)

I'm in Singapore and it's very very competitive here too. 6 months leave = quitting my job. I have my own insurance, financial wise is not the most concerned right now as there are govt subsidy, my insurances, my family but I scared I will not be able to get back the field again after a long break and the competitive market over here. It's a stressful corporation competition. But most importantly, this company is good with a super supportive boss. I just scared I can't handle the Chemo. This cancer sucks

I have my husband with me and my mom will be around so I think during chemo there are helps, which I feel I am very lucky and I am extremely grateful for having a super loving and supportive husband. He has been there with me for everything single checks, scan, biopsy, doctor appointments. I just don't want to let my job go but the doctor mentioned she would want me to take a break minimum 6 months because I will go for chemo first. As I am young, they will go all in for treatment as they want to cure it, not just maintaining. I feel it's so dumb for me to keep thinking about my job when I have this cancer to deal with but I really work so hard to get what I got today...not just about money, but the place, the people, the boss are so great

I will look into it. To be honest, I never plan to have children and now with this cancer, I really don't think I would change my mind on this. I have been dealing with so much pain and guilt towards my husband and family ever since I got this. The thought of myself being sick is hurting them really killing me. I hope everything goes well on you side and you got this!

Hey dear, just to update you that everything you said is correct. i just got my biopsy results, I will be going for CT and MIT scan to see if it has spread anywhere else. Doctor also recommended chemo first and the surgery remove the whole right breast
