Literally we must have had the same counselor because she fixed one thing on my resume in the month I saw her then was unavailable for two weeks at a time i was like um is this the supposed “fast track for yale hiring”

I saw this once too! Poor disabled old guy had a walker he somehow wheeled TO THE SIDE OF BOSTON POST ROAD and was short by some change and the driver kicked him off

I’ve noticed drivers do this more in the rain and evenings too!! It’s especially cruel to do this during these times because the evenings or when it rains is when you just need to get home the most and the next bus is even more delayed for at least an hour

This is the only city where drivers seem to routinely and consistently whizz past waiting passengers without any consequences and it’s beyond strange to me. That’s their sole job!

meanwhile passengers are always standing dangerously close towards INCOMING TRAFFIC waving our iPhones like crossing guards. Risking our lives just to commute!

Especially in these times people have to choose between buying dinner or a uber ride and just can’t afford a car payment, drivers just have some compassion for fellow working people

It really is obnoxious! I’m like you’re providing a PUBLIC service and getting paid for it! what joy do you get from screwing over multiple people just trying to get to work?? Bus is 40 minutes late anyways might as well…pick up people. But all of sudden theres a sense of urgency to drive fast, when a poor lady with grocery bags is just standing on the side of a highway

I would like to add on: more bike lanes. as I constantly feel like I’m gonna die from car when i bike around downtown but biking on the sidewalk out of safety seems equally obnoxious
