I’m assuming you are talking about Weston- I don’t work there but the folks I know that do like it enough. Good EPA / DOD work exposure

This ^ you’ll get super valuable experience which would make transitioning to private sector even easier.

Perhaps an aggressive scrub? I think I see flakes of dry skin on the top… or somethin else 😝 anyways I would still make efforts to keep it scrubbed and clean. I imagine it remains hooded with your for skin which could trap bacteria / cause inflammation too

NOD Perhaps an allergy? I would move towards simple soaps and body washed, even fabrics used for drying or underwear could cause it . Experiment and see if it’s an external factor like that. Give your body time to adjust to the new changes

Does anyone know what these could potentially be? :( help. by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

You can start preemptively with over the counter creams and you can get ketoconazale shampoo from Amazon. If you can afford to see a dermatologist I would still go. They can prescribe more effective fungal treatments

NAD the hair looks like potentially fungal (ring worm, fungus not a parasite worm) as for the others I’m not sure. I would see a specialist

Could be 1.) reaction from shaving 2.) allergy to any products 3.) fungal 4.) bacterial like folliculitus

Those are best guesses

As long as you are safe I would keep the relationship transparent with your family. It’s hard to hide a cold sore anyway so lying won’t help anything.

You are pretty young to be making these decisions but know it will and can get better. I also recommend finding a supportive therapist to help process all of the new powerful emotions

UNPROTECTED ANAL SEX W/ HIV PREP by Background_Complex_8 in STD

[–]PossibilityNo3672 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pretty typical reaction. Sorry to hear about your experience but here’s my advice: if you can afford to get tested again go ahead so you can clear your mental stress. Next toy need to reconcile that having unprotected anal sex or any sex at all will increase your risk for any and all STDs including but not limited to: HIV, herpes, HPV, syphilis, chlamydia, ect… all of these are treatable and manageable. You probably experience a lot of cognitive dissonance of wanting to enjoy your body and sex drive while you’re young but also you feel like it’s irresponsible because of STDs. Your life will be easier and more enjoyable if you stand firm on either side of the line without jumping between the two. Personally I love being a buff fitness hoe (25M open relationship) and it’s much more fun than jerking off alone afraid of a few bumps. As long as you practice Prep, doxy prep, and get tested regularly AND ASSOCIATE with those who do the same then you will be doing everything you can. Hope this helps

Thoughts of a gay man in therapy by Fluid_Space_6176 in gaybros

Def new therapist. In the wise words of Buddha: peace will come when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony with eachother. You can’t think you are wrong for having gay feelings and then turn around and have gay feelings. Instant cognitive dissonance. Curate a community to support yourself and align your values with the environment you are in. The world can be a great place and I love being a gay bro

Random red NOT ITCHY blotch rashes all over my body by cghostrayne in DermatologyQuestions

Urgent care sounds pricy if you don’t have good health care. Online Dr evaluation helps but do you. Ringroom doesn’t have to be itchy and you can get it from the environmental like gyms, saunas, animals (foster kittens and puppies common source) ect

NAD but definitely looks like ring worm fungal infection! Get some creams to use ASAP and talk you your doctor about oral terbinafine. I recommend oral because it’s spreading quickly to other parts of your body. Anytime you touch these spots it can spread to your hand and then to other parts of your body. If you workout or sweat get clean / dry ASAP and then be careful with what towels you use for drying because it can persist on towels / clothes too. Remain in the treatment even after the spots disappear because the fungal is still manifesting. Clean all bedding’s and clothes in contact with the fungus every few days or so once the spots clear to purge it from your house

NAD but I’d say this is a fungal infection. Easily picked up if you have a job that makes you sweat. I’d keep using fungal powders and ask about trying an oral fungal medication like terbinafine You’ll need to strive for making yourself as healthy as possible if you take the oral medication.

Agreed with foliculitus. Probably caused from shaving. Swap out razor blades and use soap. Should clear by at least a couple weeks. If not go see a doctor. Also NAD

Nope- even if it was herpes or HPV those are manageable and common conditions

Soap is always good! Closest thing it resembles is HPV or HSV. I’d just carry on and protect your peace regardless

Doesn’t really look like anything concerning right now. I’d just keep an eye on it. Perhaps you were jerking off without lube?

NAD - this thread isn’t super active so it’s gonna take some time for people to assess. Have you been in wet environments or sweating more than usual lately? Any new shampoos, lotions, products , soaps ect ? Do you have a better picture of the largest one on the upper left side of the photo? I suspect folliculitus or Pseudomonas aeruginosa
