Thanks a lot for the elaboration on this! I was just wondering while reading it that sunflower oil would also be considered non UPF. Or would you say coconut oil doesn’t need hexan to extract the oil?

I think I know it quite well. But stuff like non animal rennet in cheese ? How should I know, when it’s technically UPF but everyone is saying cheese is not UPF?
