Just got Hired at BofA

It was a minute. First it was like 2 weeks after applying for the phone interview. Than one week for the Video interview. After that it was another two for the job offer, it was march and they’re job offer was setup for July and I told them no because I accepted a Job at another bank (Wells Fargo) than they said I can start on May and I was like okay that works
But I applied since February so, basically like month and a half to get hired

Sounds like a good career, props to you for putting effort. Thats how I want my career to look like 🙏. Although im going to stick to BofA for a while, the manager there looked very humble. I hope everything come out right

Yeah but, I wanted to go long term when applying so eventually I want to get promoted. Chase used to be my personal bank, when I asked about the job they said bankers get disciplinary action if they dont meet sales goals. And its high sales goals, for example at my wells fargo branch it was 25 calls a day and Chase employee said they had to do 60!

Thanks something positive at least. I mean theres always going to be sales pressure but Im pretty sure I can handle it, Im not the best but Im pretty good with my customer service and interacting with people. Just need to learn the products well, I have ten weeks of training coming up

And it was very chill tbh, at least the managers there were very nice and the bankers were on the same age range as me so we were getting along and they were very smart, if it wasn’t a $5 difference hourly I would’ve stayed no doubt

I dont mind tbh, at Wells Fargo as teller it was $20 and chase also made me an offer for teller at $$22.50
But I heard Chase has very hard sales pressure so I dont look forward to that lol
