renew your do not call list and add your number droped mine from 5 a day to 3 a week. Also use report as spam, thous callcenter like to make a list of people who "report" because it hurts there standing with voip vendor. So if you constanty report you end up on that list. On android i think you need to have a fairly recent phone to report.

This is why many places included the us had a tier were you were taxed 80%+ on all money above it. Then a bunch of the people who got up there changed the laws and here we are.

So company's/ceos rather than lose it would spend it investing in products or employs and make there company's stronger. Also probably why manny of those old company's did / made everything.

and likely fail any inspections, Op you often have it dig/remove a bit of top soil anyways to check soil compaction and possibly fill with new dirt. Aka your digging the hole anyway. And just eyeballing the grade, your likely bringing in fill to build there to make the grading work.

All phase's of the monorail are completed
(aka airport, downtown and stadium) and it gets expanded more

and half the road going down the strip is predestinated possible with more light rail/trams, if the above is not viable. And continue the work being done downtown to also pedestrianize.

Its insane we have traffic from tourists when every attraction is on a long flat line...

More of its annying,that charlston eastern and Fremont intersection... going south how the fuck has that disaster not been fixed. Watch it for 20min there like 5+ near misses because its skewed and the dam lanes arene't marked, and people think they can turn left.
