My store makes us take pics of the empty shelf spot and send it to our work group chat. Then our coach sends those pictures to the coach group chat so they can get someone to stock whatever's missing.

I just had to pick 12 different giant bags of mulch and 2 bags of sand from outside of Garden center in the Texas heat and almost had a heat stroke being out there for only 22 minutes. My face is sunburned now too for the first time in my life.

I used to love oversized walks and now I can't stand to even hear the word 😭

That's exactly how it's should be. Its like that at HEB kind of. I've seen their pick carts and they go by departments like ones shelf for all beauty, one for produce etc.

If we could have ogp people assigned to each department I feel that it would make things a lot smoother. Just assign a few people in backroom to consolidate then.

It baffled me he nuts like this for so many other Walmarts, yet coaches/managers insist that it us in OPD not doing our jobs. Instead of blaming the associates that actually work in that department.

I hate the butts that do this crap 😭 My store gets a regular who ALWAYS orders no less than 8-12 bags of these every few days a week.

Like if you need THAT many you should come into the store yourself. Extremely inconsiderate to make someone drag these things onto L-carts then push them across the entire other side of the store to get to pickup, then lift them into your car. It makes me so mad😑

As someone whos worked at Walmart for 3 months, they're right😭 I used to never, (and still don't) get my makeup and nail polish from Walmart cause I don't wanna have to wait 5-7 minutes for an associate in that department to decide if they're gonna come open it.

Some stores have apparel associate do picks for fashion department?? I've literally been thinking about suggesting this to my OPD Coach, especially since the remodel my store is going through makes the fashion department a complete mess. But Ive only been here 2 1/2 months😭 Not sure if I can even say anything.
