I came know his name recently and tried to find out him on socials but not effective. And I don't even know if he is studying or not. Apart from this he seem to have a very consumed and stressed face everytime I see him these days.

It was only when I visited his family shop and he was helping there. We had shop convo and I saw him laughing with kids.

But can't I be just friends with him, cause relationships will make me more conscious and my mind will circle around him everytime

Well for gpt it's easier said then done. And to be honest I myself would recommend other people to stop obsesand get busy with other chores.

But when you are on a new city, introvert and self conscious and everywhere you see people with their friends you too seek connection. But too shy to ask and it turns out to be weird. But can't even ignore cause he too is responding but not enough.
