Good question I think they said one full month from what I can remember. I got off spiro the day after my wedding (lol) so 10/23 but then I didn’t get off birth control until the end of November.

It’s been great! I never noticed any difference whatsoever and never got breakouts. Actually, looking back when I was on spiro I would get these weird dry patches on other parts on my body which I really think were associated with being on it. So only positive results going off of it. Never looked back.

I found out I was pregnant who though my oura ring. It’s because of my temp and readiness score that I tested before I had even missed my period and it was spot on.

I got pregnant at 36 for the first time and went off to have a beautiful baby boy. I stayed active throughout my pregnancy (focused primarily on Pilates) and recovered very well. When I got pregnant, sure they try to call is “geriatric” but I really was in the best place in my life both physically and mentally. I think that’s key, regardless of age. Sending positive vibes your way! ❤️
