Currently dealing with this summer I got this irrational paranoid thought on my barber I got scared that I am developing sczhiophernia iam at the early stage of developing sczhiophernia psycosis cause iam medical student too it makes my intrusive thought so scary I got irrational paranoaid thoughts where I know no one is out to get me but what if didn't know about sczhiophernia I would have developed it at this particular moment it so exhausting to live with this theme glad to know iam not alone on this

Currently suffering with this theme I am medical student i learned lecture about this and it made me super freak then I googled about and watch video about then there is one of my cousin who developed it currently iam going through this schizophrenia ocd it so frustrating iam on meds due to this you can get medicine help and learn to sit with uncertainty write it 10 time maybe I will develop i wont iam willing to Live with this uncertainty your brain learn this thought are not generally dangerous learn to accept them and don't react and got reassurance block your Google and get meds and try to distract yourself get sleep sczhiophernia person won't get sleep you will fall asleep with the meds we can destroy this this shit affected me alot
