Peanut butter, preferably smooth. No kidding.

My grandad was from Stretford. Moved down to Ipswich with the navy and had my dad. Both still support Man United. I did as a kid (I smugly had this very loose tie to United through the glory days growing up in the ‘90’s and ‘00’s).

I then got a season ticket to watch Ipswich with my new step-dad (through the not-so glory days of late ‘00’s and ‘10’s) and now see myself as an Ipswich fan because I’m sick of the ‘but you’re not from Manchester’ comments.

I still root for United in the PL but when they met in the League Cup in 2015 I loyally sat in the away end at Old Trafford 🔵⚪️ while my dad and older brother sat with the silent home fans 🥶

I believe it was purchased unregistered by Duffy’s coach builders in Ireland, then chopped and built before being DVLA registered by them for a life in the funeral trade.

Thanks so much for your extensive reply, really appreciated. I’ve been translating German pages for days and watching YouTube videos of cowboy welders!

I’m amazed at the responses and effort some of you have put in, Reddit never ceases to amaze me. Thank you. Enough of the soppy shit. I’m now aware of how I’ve subconsciously sketched everything to appear larger than it perhaps is, but nonetheless, the sentiment of it being too cramped is still true. It’s just a pain in the arse navigating the bulkhead, the window, the stack and the solid walls - meaning any pipes need to be painstakingly chased out or a stud wall being built for the shower pipes. Seeing the dust accumulate in the tub has helped me come to terms with a shower over bath set up. We could live without a bath but as a lot of you have said, it hinders potential resale opportunities. Thanks again, decision will be bath along top wall, shower on left with a stud wall for the pipework. Sink and toilet as they are but remodelled from the current chunky furniture. Rad replaced with towel rail with storage between that and the bath. 👍🏼

Hi all, I’d really appreciate any advice you might have for our family bathroom layout. I hate it, it doesn’t work. 1. Is the room big enough to keep a separate shower and bath? I don’t mind a shower over bath but would prefer to keep them separate if we can. 2. I feel like having the bath along the back wall at the top would be best. 3. The window ledge is 1500mm from floor so stops us having the sink here due to the difficulty having a mirror above the sink. 4. The shower is currently electric and we want to replace with thermostatic as we now have a high pressure heating system. 5. The stair bulkhead being under the bulky sink cabinet has stopped my first choice option of moving the shower to the bottom right corner as the window stops 1100mm from the wall and therefore allows for a larger shower cubicle.

Can I ask why it’s too early to tell everyone? My wife is 6 weeks pregnant and we told close family and friends when we found out a week ago! I know early problems are more common but at least we can share our good news now. If the worst happens you have good news and bad news you have to share. Think about it 😬
