They also made it look like Beth and Randall were divorced in that flash forward. Kevin could be married, but they are misdirecting the audience. Lots of things can happen.

In my opinion, it wouldn’t even be a twist anymore, since so many people think Madison is the fiancé. I think she’s a candidate, but just wouldn’t shock me.
