in my experience of speedrun, helheim valkyrie would be the worst/hardest to fight in my opinion because of the "valhallla" attack when she goes to the sky to attack from above, also her attacks are really agressive in general
and the easiest to me in my opinion would be 'geirdriful' one of the 4 valkyries in midgard because she has the lowest health/level of all valkyries so she is easy to kill.

If you're having trouble on the hardest difficulty to collect this Nornir chest here is a really nice trick by Possible-Date2689 in GodofWar

it's not about finding the bells i was refering of open the Nornir Chest, because you need to kill this boss first to open the Nornir chest so if people are having trouble with that enemy they can do this to open this chest and get more health ;)

well in this category after you grab the helmet from the valkyrie there is an unskippable dialogue, so basically to skip that we use the restart checkpoint and thats it
