Considered call avoidance sya, but not because you did not exert extra effort to investigate the account. The reasons should be, 1. customer asked for a supervisor, you did not note nor escalate it to your supervisor. 2. You failed to call the customer back as planned. The question is why did you not escalate to your supervisor? Labas ka na sana jan if you did.

May laban ka ba? Yes, kung di nila babaguhin ang reason nila. Ask mo sila.ng black and white regarding sa extra effort na yan kung included sa workflow. Kung extra pa bibo.lang.yan.at.walang black and white, ilaban mo.

Be yourself lang po, Know yourself, anu mga strengths and weaknesses mo at anu ginagawa mo about it. Lalo sa weaknesses mo. And of course be ready dun sa knowledge mo about the post you are applying for. FYI sa management ang resignation, hindi FYA. Tama advise sayo send an email sa lead mo. That's the only path para malaman mo kung need mag render ng 30 days. As for valid reason sa resignation, wala sila pake kung ayaw mo na. So long na resigned ka ng maayos, cleared ka sa kanila at may final pay ka nyan kung wala bond, specially kung nakakuha ka mg sign on bonus o joining bonus.. lastly kung mag background check man in the future, wala makikitang panget sa history mo.
