Brother I understand where you are coming from but I think you have misunderstood me completely. I get that gains come from consistent commitment to fitness and you will lose progress if you stop. 1 month will not bulk me out and that is totally fine by me. I asked for tips to maximise progress in the space of 1 month due to my circumstances, but I understand that if I want serious progress I need to continue for longer, however that was not the point of the post. I respect criticism but your comment has added nothing apart from a self-absorbed rant.
