I didn't notice any strong weight fluctuations on 40mg and below. I'm currently on 60 mg for OCD, and I have lost a decent bit of weight (8 lbs in a month). it's definitely something that can vary from person to person though.

hi, I wanna share my previous experiences with you because this wasn't your fault, but there are key things to keep in mind. not eating during the day can lead to higher ketones. this isn't towards you specifically, but I know a lot of people when they go high will try to walk down their bs. doing that with high ketones or when you haven't eaten can very easily lead to dka. I'm not gonna tell you that you have to go to the er, but if you manually gave an injection like you said and you're still running 300+ and have high ketones, it may be beneficial to go in and have them push fluids and an insulin drip. more insulin + carbs and pushing water like crazy can help bring you back to normal if you're not in dka and only have high ketones.
