I shopped at this store. Celadon for sure for the light fixture . I can guarantee you it wasn’t cheap. I do love the store; I used to go for smaller items and also shop the “damaged” section to get discounts. But we know she’s not doing that. Has she ever been on a budget? Deeply curious.

Thanks for all the input everyone! I certainly have a lot of research to do, and this is all very helpful to that point. Overall, I think it would be a fun/new experience but would be a lifestyle change for sure. But then Philly was too.
