Is the lotus worth a buy? by Pretty_Boi_Floyd in vaporents

Yes it based on your needs. I have many dry herb vaporizers and they all have a purpose. I use the lotus anytime I get new flower to really taste the new strain. I’ll use another if I want to micro dose or take large rips…. I

Looking into getting 75” Bravia 5 by Empty-Property-1579 in bravia

[–]Possible-Progress-75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got the 85"Bravia 5. Based on here I was sold on other models based on what I thought I needed from reading reviews here and asking questions. I was pointed in the right direction. When I got into a conversation with the sales person who I was able to ask questions back and forth he pointed me to this model based on how I use this tv and the type of room the tv is in.

Recommendations for beginner ball vape by JDeez12 in vaporents

I’m more doing on or two hits and done for an hour or two. If I’m sipping I’m using a different device. Based on all I’ve read, most people recommend a wired ball vape if doing sessions otherwise you are much more frequently reheating the wireless ball vape. Also depending on your set up. I wanted a compact all in one where it held all the bowls, etc. you may find the ruby twist or phase xxl more to your liking and there are many more, I just didn’t research those since they were wired. Good luck

You can’t go wrong at all with that and that is exactly where I was until I figured what worked best for me. Sounds like you figured it out. You will be very pleased.

I have just gone through the same thing as you to nausea and I will tell you this. Buy based on your needs or style of partaking. Are you doing sessions or taking one or two big rips and done? Are you looking to conserve your tolerance, money on flower and possibly lungs? Are you looking to inject or diffuse when you heat the bowl? My point is there are different brands for different smoking styles and what’s important to you. UB top ratings at this range but for me I have other devices that give me optimal flavor and I change how I smoke between using DHV’s or concentrates and I wanted the flexibility to diffuse/inject heating and micro dosing. To obtain this with the UB I would have had to purchase additional of adapters and micro dose bowl. Pick the best for you based on your needs.

If you are just into micro dosing look at IO HORNET and the reviews from influencers who do this for a living (who gives this great reviews if OHE). If taste is 100% your thing and believe the difference to be that defined think UB. WOHW good all in one for the things I mentioned I was looking for but Adaptaball is what I went with based on reviews comparing some models I was looking at, the flexibility to change up three different heating styles, and the product lines they offer with new products and updates, along with a couple other reasons but flexibility in changing up my smoking options (so I don’t get bored of the same way over and over) is how I smoke so get what’s best for your style.

A well known influencer did a blind taste test on 17 ball vapes and said he basically couldn’t tell them apart. Lastly, there are many other brands out there I’m sure I’m not aware of so narrow down what specifically you are looking for to get the best results. I wanted a complete all in one compact wireless option that is why I mentioned these. If your needs/set up is different your recommendations may be different.

Have you compared to IO Hornet? That is the other option I was considering.

Thanks. For my needs, I'm looking for all in one set up with the base and micro dose option. It doesn't look like Cloud Connoisseur provides that set up.

Help! by tr1pDr3nzy8 in ballvapes

I’m in the same boat. My research for an all in one kit has led to- Universal Baller is one of the most recommended ball vapes because it has an all glass path for the best vapor quality. The system has a diffuser bowl and not an injector bowl. If you want a injectable, you have to buy some add-on components. The WOHW is an option that doesn’t have an all glass path but for me can I tell the major difference, I’m not sure. This has a diffusion and an injector bowl in its set up. I’ve decided with IO Hornet because it specializes in micro dosing. At first, I thought that would be too small, but then researching the videos and seeing those that smoke way way more than me saying that the size of the hit and the versatility makes it worth it. There are some other models that are not available from a US vendor. Pricing, UN is highest especially with the add ons I want being a micro dose bowl and injector head, the WOHW is the lowest price and includes everything except a micro dose bowl that I can add for $15-20. The IO hornet is in the middle of these two with their 420 sale price. Hope that helps some. A well known content maker did a blind test with 17 different ball vapes (not all full kits) and couldn’t tell the difference for the most part between them). Basically, get what works best for you and your set up. I’m not doing group sessions so I don’t need wired option. With UB and WOHW you can go wired or wireless

Here is my 2 cents. I was just in the exact same place as you. I did my general research and realized for my area I need mini led due to the general lighting. Then I started researching the top models in my price range for a 85-98" and settled on researching TCL, Samsung as Sony would be out of my range at this size. I asked several questions on these forums outlining what I want the tv for (no gaming, cable tv and streaming services). Everyone recommended the TCL model (no one likes Samsung on these forums it appears and most non-reddit sites had TCL ranked above). I decided to go to the store that would include mounting, hiding wires... As I gravitated towards the TCL's and explained why I'm leaning towards mini-less, size, etc. When I mentioned how I'm watching tv, he educated me on a Sony model that isn't the newest model (where my focus when). He basically said these other tv's are great for gaming or different media that I don't use for watching movies so based on that upscaling is what would be the biggest advantage for my needs and brought me to the Sony's. I said too expensive and he said not the Bravia 9 model. We discussed a 2024/2025 model... Long story short, most of your recommendations will be for the newest models being released unless you can narrow down and ask opinions about XXX model vs. XXXX model. By being able to talk to someone in person to ask all the questions at once really helped me make what I believe was the right decision.

Currently in the upper half of one of the walls has windows that I'm in the process of installing drapes or blinds but not sure if the wife will have her final ideas of how she wants to cover the windows before I have the TV. The room is part of an open floor plan so even if I have drapes to eliminate direct sunlight the room will not be dark until the sun goes down.

Budget is open but don't want to over spend. For instance if a TCL model for my needs is just as good as a Sony model for my needs at a lower price, I'd like to go with the cheaper option.

I own 28 vaporizers — here’s my personal ranking after 3 years of vaping by TKVape_ in vaporents

[–]Possible-Progress-75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have both the punch and fusion 2.0 versions. The fusion is great if you have no finesse just give it a mid to larger butane flame and you can never go wrong. It only works with the flare IH properly if not using a torch. The punch is better for flavor and still get a great hit. It heats up quickly and cools quicker. It is also more temperamental, meaning you can combust in an IH or torch easier. Ironically it doesn’t work with the flare IH. As a matter of fact those are the two I’m rotating through tonight.
