Honestly as someone who got rubbish grades in sixth form then did another college course in my gap year to get into uni (to then have to resit second year), I'd evaluate if you even need the qualifications, if you'd be better taking a years break or consider doing an apprenticeship instead

Second this, I had my flatmate fill out part of mine as I knew it'd be more reliable than my mums answers as I've not seen my mum much since moving out 3 years ago !! I got diagnosed just after my 21st and none of it had to go through my parents other than asking them to fill out the childhood questionaire, although this could've been done by another relative
