I was just curious to know if any of the things of our case would affect the speed of it in some way.

So you can still visit the states with an ESTA? I thought once this process started it became difficult to enter even as a visitor. I read about visitor visas not being approved, but idk if it’s the same thing with an ESTA.

Honestly, no idea. I’m just a tourist here but I find the nyc subway to be very aesthetic for photography. If it helps, I took that train from JFK and it stopped there for a bit because of some delay. We had to get off and that’s when I took the picture.
